MCHS Band Festival @ Parma Western HS

Suggested arrival time in band room: 4:15pm - Change into uniforms. Snacks served. Students can stay after school in the band room if needed.  

4:40pm - In seats, in uniform. Uniform and instrument (in case) check. 

4:50pm - Leave MC for Parma Western.

5:15pm - Arrive at Parma. Unpack materials and use the restroom. 

6:25pm - Warm-up room. Head together as a full band, then we’ll take the stage! 

6:55pm - PERFORMANCE TIME on stage, then sight-reading immediately to follow in the Western band room (families can join us for this).

7:20pm - Pack up materials and wait for ratings in cafeteria. Concession stand available! Students may leave with families after we have received our score.

~8:00pm - Leave Parma for MC on busses.

 ~8:30pm - Arrive at MC & get picked up! Celebrate a job well done!

Is there a cost to attend the performance?

No! It is free and open to the public. No tickets are required.
